Our charming 2-story building sits on a large dirt lot with tons of parking availability, and features two spacious dance rooms, a welcoming lobby, mini-kitchen, dining space, fenced off/private outdoor patio, and two bathrooms — making it the perfect spot for all kinds of rentals and celebrations! Whether you’re looking for extra rehearsal time, a space to film or create, photoshoots, or a fun and easy place to throw a birthday party, we’ve got you covered. We offer flexible studio rentals, birthday party packages, and space for private events.

Package #1 - $250
4-Hour Rental | Up to 10 Dancers

• 1 hour for setup, 2 hours of party time, 1 hour for cleanup

• 30 minutes of themed instructional dance based on your party style or birthday kiddo’s favorite songs

• 10 minutes of classic freeze dance fun

• Access to the mini-kitchen, downstairs dance room, dining room, and restrooms

Package #2 - $350
6-Hour Rental | Up to 10 Dancers

• 1 hour setup, 4 hours of party time, 1 hour cleanup

• 45 minutes of instructional dance customized to your theme or child’s favorite music

• 15 minutes of dance games like freeze dance and more

• Includes full access to the mini-kitchen, downstairs dance room, dining room, restrooms, and back patio

Package #3 - $450
6-Hour Rental | Up to 15 Dancers

• 1 hour setup, 4 hours party time, 1 hour cleanup

• 45 minutes of themed instructional dance led by TWO instructors

• 30 minutes of high-energy dance games: freeze dance, limbo, follow-the-leader, dance-off, and more

• Full access to the mini-kitchen, downstairs dance room, dining room, restrooms, and back patio

👉 Need space for more dancers? No problem —$10/per additional dancer, Max 20 dancers. Any party with more than 10 dancers requires an additional instructor for a fee of $50.

Unthemed party décor is available for an additional cost — choose from a variety of color schemes, table settings, and even add a balloon arch to elevate your celebration! Contact us for additional information.

Each party package requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance due.

Features black Marley floors, audio system, air conditioning, and overhead lighting, natural lighting and color-changing LED lights - access to restrooms available

Large Downstairs Room - $60/Hour*
Features wood floors, audio system, air contiditioning, overhead fan, overhead lighting, natural lighting and color-changing LED lights - access to restrooms available

*Must be 18+ or have an adult present

*Rates drop to $20/hour after the 3rd consecutive hour.
